Reservation and payment

• A reservation is only final after written confirmation and receipt of a

   down payment of 50% of the total amount.

• The remaining amount must be paid by card 14 days before arrival, unless

   otherwise agreed.

Stay

• Check-in: between 16:00 and 20:00 hours

• Check-out: no later than 11:00 hours

• Other times only possible by arrangement and subject to availability.

• For early check-in before 3 pm and/or staying on the property after check-out time until

   no later than 5 pm, a surcharge of 20 euros per room will be charged.

• Breakfast is included

• Tourist tax: €1.00 p.p.p.n.

• During the high season in June, July, and August, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required on weekends 

Liability

• Villa Fonte is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury to/of guests or

   their property.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or inventory caused by them.

• Any damage must be reported immediately.

• Use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk and responsibility.

   Villa Fonte cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries.

Use of facilities

• The swimming pool and other facilities (such as jacuzzi or Vespa rental) may only be used

   according to the owners' instructions.

• Use is at your own risk and responsibility.

Force majeure and cancellation by Villa Fonte

• In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as fire, damage, or illness),

  we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In that case, any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
