Reservation and payment

• A reservation is only final after written confirmation and receipt of a

deposit of 50% of the total amount.

• The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by card upon arrival, unless

otherwise agreed.

Stay

• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM

• Check-out: no later than 10:30 am

• Other times only possible in consultation and subject to change.

• In case of early check-in before 12 noon and/or staying on the domain after check-out time until

A surcharge of 20 euros per room will be charged if check-out is before 4:30 PM.

• Breakfast is included

• Tourist tax: €1.00 pppn

• During the high season of June, July and August a minimum stay is required during the weekend

2 nights required

Liability

• Villa Fonte is not liable for loss, theft, damage or injury of/to guests or

their properties.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the accommodation or inventory caused by

it is caused to them.

• Any damage must be reported immediately.

• Use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is at your own risk.

Villa Fonte cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries.

Use of facilities

• The swimming pool and other facilities (such as jacuzzi or Vespa rental) may only be used

be used in accordance with the owners' instructions.

• Use is at your own risk.

Force majeure and cancellation by Villa Fonte

• In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as fire, damage or illness)

we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In that case, already

amounts paid fully refunded.
